It is from an estate sale with no provenance...he looks to be hand painted, and has a cute face embellished with tiny pink rhinestones. He is dominated by his show off sculptured resin wings. Overall dimension is 4cms x 5cms. A firm roll over safety clasp to the back.  He is cute, with wear to his back synonymous with his 60 plus years of age.
